Mr. Clarke is an expert Financial Market Trader, Software Architect and Racing Market Handicapper with in-excess of 15 years proprietary experience in trading on Racing and Financial Markets. His past experience includes time with leading Australian financial Trading Institutions. He is an expert handicapper and odds compiler.Mr. Clarke has also had extensive experience in numerous International Racing markets and their relative Administrative, Tote and Wagering Market Technologies.
Mr. Clarke currently serves as a Director of Software Architecture Group, Allora Group Limited.
Of important note, Mr. Clarke is a visible face of International wagering and the large volume player. He has provided his perspective, in this role, to the Industry, having been an invited speaker at numerous Racing Industry events.
These events have included the University of Kentucky - Equine Law Conference in Lexington, KY, the Albany Law School’s Conference on Racing and Gaming Law (August 2007) held in Saratoga Springs, NY and most recently Mr. Clarke being a featured speaker at the Spring ARCI Conference in Austin, TX (March 2008)

Mr. Pemberton has in excess of 4o years experience as a proprietor in the gaming and wagering industry. He has been continuously licensed, and holds a Certificate of Consent from the Gaming Board of Great Britain from 1968 through the present (2008). He has operated licensed Casino, Slots Arcade and Bingo facilities. He is a major shareholder of the slot arcade named the “Crystal Rooms”, which is located a prominent location in the centre of “Theatreland” Leicester Square, London, England.
Mr. Pemberton is highly regarded and respected within the hotel and tourism
industries in the Caribbean and Europe, having developed hotels and golf
courses in the Caribbean and hotels in Europe.
Mr. Pemberton is currently one of the principles in the development of:
- Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Barbados
- Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences in Grenada
